Magic Silver White
Magic Silver White is the project of Jojo Petrina, combining her love of classic pop songs with an equal passion for Kosmische, European soundtracks, minimalism and high fidelity. Jojo draws upon a wide and varied array of musical styles to craft her epic pop songs. Inspired by music’s most authentic characters and original voices, Magic Silver White play songs that cover wistful reveries, transcendental disco and baroque psychedelia.
She is joined on stage by an accomplished live band featuring Laura Jean Englert, Biddy Connor and Mat Watson.

We have a couple of gigs on the horizon!!
September 22nd: Playing with Aleks and The Ramps as part of their September residency at Phoenix Public House in Brunswick. Also playing on the night are Hammocks and Honey.
October 8th: Playing at the Other Places single launch! Also playing is Matthew Brown (Zond). Gig is at The Empress in North Fitzroy. A night of men with synths, and a girl group for good measure…

A new look Magic Silver White…
So, with Monica off to the USA and Cornel a mere heartbeat away from becoming a fully fledged father, we have a new look live band. We are super lucky and very excited to have the tremendous talents of Laura Jean Englert joining us on stage, not only just to harmonise but also play guitars.
Laura is a busy lady over the coming months with her brand new album coming out any day. Despite this she’ll be playing shows with us whenever possible! Thank you Laura! Feeling very privileged to have you around.
SATURDAY SEP 3RD
A gig! Believe it or not. It’s been a while but we’re breaking the drought this Saturday September 3rd playing alongside BROUS as they kick off an east coast tour. Come along and watch us wobble our way though our first show in six months (!).
Where? At The Buffalo Club, 22 Sutherland St, Melbourne.
The delightful Miss Monica Sonand has set sail for the sun bleached, palm lined streets of Los Angeles. We will miss her slinky moves and sweet harmonies! I for one am super jealous, but we will be reunited…MSW goes to LA? You bet your silver buttons.
